75 Portland is a new condo located in the King West neighbourhood. 75 Portland is part of a series of new King West condos. The building stands 11 stories. The exterior - an architectural feat of concrete integrated with clear glazing in anodized aluminum frames. The show-stopper - a serene, one of a kind courtyard a la Philippe Starck.
